At Caiden Guards, we prioritize getting your orders to you as swiftly as possible. Hence, we allow cancellations on prepaid orders within two (2) hours of order placement. If you fail to cancel within this period, we won't be able to accommodate your cancellation request. At Caiden Guards, exchanges are strictly reserved for cases where the product received is damaged or when we've shipped an incorrect item. Our team ensures a hassle-free exchange process in such scenarios. If you've mistakenly ordered the wrong item, please understand that we won't be able to assist with an exchange in that instance. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service at support@caidenguards.in with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We might also request photographs for verification. Once your exchange eligibility is confirmed, we'll guide you on the subsequent steps.
