2. Processing Time: We process orders within 24-48 hours. Our team is committed to getting your products ready for shipment quickly.
3. Shipping Time: For orders within India, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
4. Shipping Costs:
- Online Payments: Shipping is free for orders placed via online payments.
- Cash on Delivery: Shipping costs apply for orders using Cash on Delivery (COD).
5. Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched, allowing you to track its journey to you.
6. Shipping Locations: We exclusively ship within India. International shipping is currently not available.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD): Please be prepared to make the payment upon receiving your order if you’ve selected COD as your payment method.
8. Address Changes & Cancellation: Once an order is placed, we cannot change the shipping address. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
