Return Eligibility
Returns and refunds are applicable only for products that are broken or unfit for use. If your product meets these criteria, you may be eligible for a return or refund. We cannot accept returns for mismatched expectations, wrong items ordered, or change of heart.
Reporting Period
Inspect your products upon receipt. If you find them broken or unfit, report this to our customer service within three days. Claims beyond this period cannot be processed.
Return Process

Refund Process
After receiving your return, we'll inspect the product. If the damage or defect is confirmed, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. The transaction may take some time to appear on your account, depending on your bank's policies.
Shipping Costs

Cancellation Policy for Prepaid Orders

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for damaged products or incorrect shipments. Contact our customer service with your order number and issue description for an exchange. We may request photographs for verification. Exchanges for wrong items ordered by the customer are not supported.
Cancellation Policy
At Caiden Guards, we prioritize getting your orders to you as swiftly as possible. Hence, we allow cancellations on prepaid orders within two (2) hours of order placement. If you fail to cancel within this period, we won't be able to accommodate your cancellation request.
